The competitive pay rates for specific assignments are
based upon the skills of the employee and the requirements
of the position. Employees are paid on a weekly basis
for hours worked the previous week.

Employees who remain on cadre's
payroll for more than 480 hours are eligible for holiday
pay. After one year, employees may receive vacation
pay. Medical insurance and 401(k) are also available
for those who qualify.
