WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Accounting / Human Resources Assistant, you will be assisting with administrative tasks in their accounting and HR departments.
- Assist accounting department with basic data entry of accounts payable
- Assist accounting and data services department with answering phone calls relating to accounting and general billing questions
- Assist HR department with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, putting packets together and scheduling interviews
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have office experience doing data entry
- Any accounting or HR experience is a plus
- Computer/tech savvy to learn new software quickly
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Excellent customer service and phone skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Strong prioritizing skills in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player and flexible to do whatever needs to be done
- Career-oriented and strong work ethic

Pay for the Accounting / Human Resources Assistant: $13.00 – $15.00 / hr. – based on experience
