When I started at Cadre 21 years ago, one of the first golden rules of Cadre that I was taught was, “you want each customer or client to be glad they came to/called Cadre.”

At Cadre, we strive to achieve this goal with each and every customer we connect with.

According to Oxford, the definition of customer service is:

noun: customer service:
the assistance and advice provided by a company to those people who buy or use its products or services.

I believe in treating our customers with the utmost respect and professionalism. This happens through active listening, recognition and genuine appreciation of each and every customer.

Our customers choose Cadre for a reason and I’m here to “deliver the goods.”

Walt Disney said it best when he said:

“Do what you do so well that they will want to see it again and bring their friends.”

I want our customers’ experience with Cadre to be a great one and I want them to come back.

I want our customers to tell others about Cadre.

And I want our customers to receive the top-notch customer service that I have come to expect wherever I go.
