WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Receptionist, you will answer a multi-line phone, take detailed messages, greet walk-in clients and schedule appointments.
- Organize material for tax returns
- Pull files and file paperwork
- Complete data entry
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have receptionist / office experience
- Must be comfortable using a computer
- Professional demeanor and phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
Hours: Preferred hours are 10:00am – 3:00pm Monday – Thursday, will consider other options, contact us for details
Pay for the Receptionist position: $12.00 – $14.00 / hr. – based on experience
