WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Technician, you will work on the computer gathering documents, putting together job order packages and printing out job order paperwork.
- Help the project leader by setting up jobs in the ERP system which entails inputting customer quote information into spreadsheets and printing off drawings
- Create shop floor packets for manufacturing
- Possibly help with timecard entry and accounts payable matching and entry
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of administrative type experience
- Accounting experience with entry of accounts payable or timecards is a plus
- Continuing education is preferred
- Basic MSWD and Excel skills
- ERP software knowledge is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, professional, and easy going to take on whatever task is needed
- Excellent work ethic
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Must take ownership of the role, self motivated, take initiative, and take pride in your work
- Ability to work very well within a small team environment
- Ability to work on the computer all day long
