WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Human Resources / Account Manager, you will provide customer service to accounts by responding to client needs, inquiries and complaints in order to build relationships.

  • Manage a new client implementation of the HR system for multiple clients and assist in how to use the system
  • Troubleshoot technical/payroll issues
  • Provide HR assistance to clients in lines of training, handbook review, safety training, etc.
  • Audit client’s use of the HR system

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must have recent human resources experience or knowledge
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of current HR laws, regulations and compliance
  • Would consider a recent human resources graduate who doesn’t have experience
  • Any payroll experience is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is highly preferred
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification is preferred
  • Intermediate skillset in MSWD, Excel and basic skillset in Outlook
  • Intermediate skillset in PowerPoint is preferred
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships
  • Ability to adjust to constant and rapid changes with technology, products and Marketplace

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay for the Human Resources / Account Manager position: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 / yr. – based on experience

Location: Menasha, WI – POSITION CAN BE REMOTE RIGHT NOW BUT WILL EVENTUALLY RETURN TO THE OFFICE – MUST LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF MENASHA, WI
