WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Accounting Coordinator, you will analyze/research and make determinations for establishing a line of credit with the customer.

  • Manage correspondence with customers
  • Monitor and present reports of potential company write offs to Supervisor
  • Reconcile invoices
  • Maintain accounts receivable records
  • Prepare deposit slips and account statements
  • Keep accounting of cash receipts and application of payment to appropriate invoice(s)
  • Assist with completion of appropriate governmental documents ensuring compliance with all state regulations
  • Set-up, maintain, retrieve and purge files
  • Maintain appropriate licenses/certifications and/or registrations
  • Run daily and month-end processes
  • Assist with monthly cycle count observations

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1-2+ years of accounting experience
  • An Associate degree or higher is preferred
  • Basic skillset in MSWD, Outlook and basic/intermediate in Excel
  • Computer/tech savvy with the ability to be trained and learn new programs quickly
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Friendly and easygoing
  • Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must demonstrate initiative to get results despite a large workload, competing demands and a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with multiple interruptions at times
  • Must have the ability to work with mathematical concepts required to accurately report data
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication interpersonal skills
  • Must live within driving distance of Neenah, WI

Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm

Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire

Pay for the Accounting Coordinator position: $18.00 – $20.00 / hr. – based on experience

Location: Neenah, WI – HYBRID POSITION COMPANY IS FLEXIBLE TO SOME DAYS WORKING REMOTE AND SOME IN THE OFFICE, MUST LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF NEENAH, WI
