WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will take care of client onboarding, organize and process all necessary client paperwork.
- Assist with mailings
- Organize seminars/workshops
- Answer incoming customer calls
- Schedule appointments for advisors
- Make warm calls to clients
- Data entry of client information
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have some type of office/administrative support experience
- Any recent financial/investment experience is highly preferred
- Basic skillset in MSWD, Excel and Outlook
- Extremely personable
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely personable
- Team player

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 40 hours between 7:00am – 5:00pm
Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Administrative Assistant position: $16.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
