WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will take care of client onboarding, organize and process all necessary client paperwork.

  • Assist with mailings
  • Organize seminars/workshops
  • Answer incoming customer calls
  • Schedule appointments for advisors
  • Make warm calls to clients
  • Data entry of client information

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must have some type of office related experience within the financial/investment banking related industry
  • Must have some type of administrative/office assistant experience
  • Must be comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Extremely personable
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow step by step processes
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Extremely personable
  • Team player
