As an Administrative Assistant, you will prepare reports, memos, letters and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database or other software.

  • Answer phone, direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages
  • Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers for presentations
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings and record meeting minutes
  • File and retrieve corporate documents, records, paper/electronic files and reports
  • Prepare agendas and responses to correspondence
  • Supervise and train other clerical staff and arrange for employee training by scheduling and organizing training materials
  • Organize and maintain corporate electronic and paper filing systems
  • Translate President’s contractual proposals, agreements and amendments
  • Manage the delivery of correspondence and other legal documents
  • Manage and maintain Executive’s schedules
  • Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Provide knowledge and training in legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of items worked for the President
  • Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for administrative team
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email for the President


  • 2+ years of administrative assistant experience
  • Ideal candidate has supported management level positions such as CEO, CFO, President, VP, etc.
  • MSWD, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, positive and driven
  • Extremely thorough, detail oriented and accurate
  • Proactive
  • Ability to handle confidential information
