WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Administrative Housing Coordinator, you will develop knowledge of the apartments and homes portfolio.

  • Log prospects and prospect interactions in the housing software system
  • Assist with the schedule and manage leasing appointments for the leasing agents
  • Work with the Marketing department to ensure that the website and external online listings remain accurate and up to date
  • Track leads until a showing has been scheduled or a prospect has applied
  • Follow up with prospective renters
  • Learn the leasing process and fair housing regulations and explain processes to prospective renters
  • Assist with any other projects or duties as assigned
