Are you a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor who can read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English? Are you a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor who has strong decision making skills?

Our client specializes in distributing and selling household products.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers and overseeing of internal teams.

  • Support internal customer teams with coaching, counseling and orienting daily
  • Provide full training, develop personal growth and maintain manual and procedure updates
  • Monitor the staff’s daily phone status to ensure outgoing productivity and to identify performance and/or disciplinary issues
  • Coach staff members on how to provide quality and customer service standards by listening to recordings
  • Complete operations by reporting the staff production results and contract reviews
  • Provide updates to the Department Manager
  • Oversee workflow and queues during the day
  • Understand and adhere to legal/compliance standards to include corporate policies and reporting compliance violations when identified
  • Assist with any other duties assigned

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English to include reading, writing and fluent when speaking
  • 1-3 years of previous customer service experience is ideal
  • Supervisory experience is highly preferred
  • Would consider a recent graduate with no experience
  • Must type 25+ WPM
  • Experience using Outlook is ideal
  • Any experience with Agresso or ViewStart is a plus
  • Friendly, personable and easygoing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be comfortable and have the ability to work with upset customers
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work well independently and display good judgment
  • Strong decision making skills
  • Strong work ethic, team player and flexible to assist however as needed
