WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Care Professional, you will be working in the annuity interaction center providing exceptional service to members by assisting them with their annuities and transactions through personal support.
- Proactively seek out answers or offer alternative solutions to the customer
- Guide and engage members by educating them on products and/or programs
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have excellent phone customer service experience
- Any experience with annuity, insurance or health product knowledge is a plus
- Any service industry experience is also a plus
- A FINRA SIE/Series 6 license is highly preferred, must be willing to obtain license
- Any service industry experience is a plus
- Basic/intermediate skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Must have knowledge of Outlook
- Must be ok with wearing a headset all day typing, talking and toggling through various screens
- A degree is highly preferred
- Positive and driven attitude
- Customer focused and excellent professional customer service skills
- Ability to think on your feet and truly engage with a customer by offering solutions
- Top notch professional verbal/written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and comprehensive skills
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a desire to learn and keep learning
- Team player and flexible to assist others as needed

Hours: Training hours will be 8:00am – 4:30pm, after training hours will be between 8:00am – 6:00pm, contact us for details
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Care Professional position: $17.00 – $19.00 / hr. – based on experience
