WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Care Professional, you will be working in the annuity interaction center providing exceptional service to members by assisting them with their annuities and transactions through personal support.

  • Proactively seek out answers or offer alternative solutions to the customer
  • Guide and engage members by educating them on products and/or programs

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must have excellent phone customer service experience
  • Any experience with annuity, insurance or health product knowledge is a plus
  • Any service industry experience is also a plus
  • A FINRA SIE/Series 6 license is highly preferred, must be willing to obtain license
  • Any service industry experience is a plus
  • Basic/intermediate skillset in MSWD and Excel
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Must have knowledge of Outlook
  • Must be ok with wearing a headset all day typing, talking and toggling through various screens
  • A degree is highly preferred
  • Positive and driven attitude
  • Customer focused and excellent professional customer service skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and truly engage with a customer by offering solutions
  • Top notch professional verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and comprehensive skills
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a desire to learn and keep learning
  • Team player and flexible to assist others as needed
