Are you a Customer Service / Member Contact Center Specialist who is looking for an opportunity within a growing financial institution? Are you a Customer Service / Member Contact Center Specialist who has excellent problem solving skills?

Our client has been providing financial services for over 90 years. They are looking to hire individuals eager about starting a new career with a growing company.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Member Contact Center Specialist , you will answer phone calls approximately 75-100 calls per day assisting members with account inquiries.

  • Account maintenance, identify member needs, suggest services that might benefit the member
  • Assist potential members with their questions
  • Help with more technical calls
  • Any other projects, verifications, research of calls, etc.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Customer or call center experience
  • Financial industry experience is a plus
  • Any experience doing your own banking online is a plus
  • Will train on the technical aspects
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate in and out of many different screens using 2 monitors while on the phone
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills over the phone
  • Ability work in a fast-paced environment while working on 2 monitors using multiple screens
