WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Customer Service / Client Experience Specialist you will be the primary point of contact for inbound calls, outbound calls, documentation and managing e-mail communication.

  • Provide customer service and support to clients in regards to questions, issues, reports and systems
  • Research and provide answers to all client inquiries
  • Communicate with clients on all transactional matters
  • Work with internal staff in various departments to resolve client inquiries and issues
  • Stay informed of internal communication, ongoing training, education, events and networking to promote with community
  • Provide client education on processes, systems, company resources and looping in education to support
  • Complete supplier and customer invoicing approvals in accordance with the client’s account maintenance
  • Coordinate backouts, credits, chargebacks and freight order entry/questions
  • Manage a client’s unbilled orders and quality checks of business unit
  • Complete necessary paperwork and corresponding forms
  • Audit and verify all transactions on remittance

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1-3 + years of customer service, billing, or accounting type experience working within an office type setting
  • Business to business experience is preferred
  • Anyone that has worked with accounts payable, billing/invoicing or other accounting functions is highly preferred
  • Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is highly preferred
  • Computer savvy must be able to catch onto new programs/systems quickly
  • Excel skills
  • Strong and accurate data entry skills
  • Someone that has worked in Google Suite; Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc. is highly preferred
  • Self-driven, self-sufficient and proactive
  • Must be highly efficient and detail oriented
  • Must have the willingness to accept coaching and feedback
  • Must be adaptable and willing to learn new things
  • Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Hours: Full-time hours between 7:00am – 6:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire

Pay for the Customer Service / Client Experience Specialist position: $16.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience

Location: Appleton, WI – potential hybrid option available after training must live in or near Appleton, WI
