WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate, you will be working directly with customers to assist with questions on products via phone and e-mail.
- Provide quotes to the customers
- Work with proposals
- Go to the shop to check on products when needed
- Schedule activities and inspection reports for Field Service Personnel
- Support outside sales by providing any additional information they need
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have on the phone inside sales/customer experience (ideally 3+ years)
- Any experience with industrial supplies is a plus
- Computer savvy with the ability to learn new software/programs quickly
- Excel and Outlook skills
- Driven, eager and motivated
- Must have a clear and pleasant phone voice
- Must be able to handle stress with a smile
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Hours: 7:30am – 4:00pm or 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate position: $15.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
