As a Customer Service / Member Relationship Officer you will provide members with sound financial guidance for their lending needs.

  • Evaluate and recommend decisions based on lending policy
  • Open and maintain checking, savings, CD and IRA accounts
  • Build long term relationships


  • Previous banking/financial related experience such as a personal banker, consumer lending or financial industry
  • Must be comfortable moving around in their banking system
  • Microsoft Office skills is preferred
  • Friendly and personable
  • Excellent face to face customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong active listening skills
  • Must be okay floating between all locations from Green Bay – Appleton
  • Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
