WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting the other representatives with back office projects.
- Enter orders and make changes
- Update pricing spreadsheets
- Updates orders for customers in the system with order cancellations, updates, shipments, etc.
- Order database management
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 6+ months of office experience or customer service/customer service assistant experience
- Project or support type of experience is a huge plus
- Data entry and Excel experience
- Able to toggle between multiple screens on the computer
- Computer savvy
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work
- Flexible and willing to accept change
- Detail oriented
- Retain information given, good note taker
- Fast paced environment
- Work well in a team environment
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Client will provide all equipment

Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $17.00 – $17.50 / hr. – based on experience
Location: Appleton, WI – THIS POSITION WILL START OUT \ REMOTE AND EVENTUALLY WILL RETURN TO THE OFFICE- MUST LIVE WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF APPLETON, WI
