WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be serving as a first contact for a select account base by responding to their e-mails and voicemails.
- Handle general correspondence and inquiries from both paper mill and field personnel
- Enter incoming orders and verify pricing information
- Mail acknowledgements, order status reports and recommendations
- Take releases, make necessary “ship to” changes
- Reconcile warehouse inventories and balances
- Monitor inventories of complete felt orders here and made elsewhere
- Follow-up on potential damage of product
- Send periodic ISO review letters
- Update and route mill name and personnel changes
- Review e-mails, voicemails and take appropriate action
- Communicate mainly via email and sometimes phone with Inside Sales team, Production team and other internal teams
- Process quotes, orders and invoices
- Serve as a primary backup to others within the department
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must have 3+ years of experience in beginning to end customer service or account management that includes some numbers related work
- Manufacturing and/or paper industry experience is a plus
- International shipping experience is a plus
- Must have confidence in your math and figuring skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred
- Computer savvy with the ability to catch onto new software/programs quickly
- Strong and accurate typing/data entry skills
- Basic skill set in MSWD and Excel
- Any experience/knowledge with PowerPoint, Access and/or JD Edwards is a plus
- Strong multitasking skills in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills

Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Customer Service Representative position: $24.00 – $25.00 / hr. – based on experience
