As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting the Collections department calling and e-mailing customers to verify if invoices that have been processed and entered into the system.

  • Follow through and follow up with customers if they need invoice copies
  • Filing
  • Manage incoming e-mails from customers
  • Paperwork organization
  • Data entry into accounts
  • Provide support to other functional areas as needed within the department


  • Experience working within an office setting
  • Collections experience is preferred
  • Someone that worked in a role that had to do phone calls in a business to business environment is highly preferred
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn their systems quickly
  • MSWD and Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills

Hours: Full-time hours Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm

Length: Temporary to Hire
