WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Account Manager, you will be assisting the Sales department, managing small projects, daily orders and concerns.
- Work face to face, over the phone and e-mailing with customers on required documents and submittals
- Handle small quotes for customers
- Create and update various sales spreadsheets trackers, timelines, payment schedules, etc.
- Load orders and quotes into business software
- Maintain website, handle any updates and posts to different accounts
- Handle any other duties assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service experience in an office setting
- Any sales experience is a plus
- Associate degree is preferred
- MSWD and Excel skills
- Any Salesforce is a plus
- Detailed and organized
- Great communication skills
- Team player

Length: Temporary to Hire or Direct Hire
Pay for the Account Manager position: $18.00 – $21.00 / hr. – based on experience
