Are you a Direct Hire – Executive Administrative Assistant who has solid executive level administrative assistant experience, including excellent organizational, time-management and prioritizing skills?
Our client serves individuals who are disadvantaged or under skilled by providing job-skills training, creating a pathway that leads to sustained employment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will provide professional and seamless administrative support to the President and CEO.
- Lead projects as needed, including delegating and assigning work, creating project timelines, holding team members accountable to the timeline and reporting out on progress and results
- Communicate directly and on behalf of the CEO with board members, community members, team members and donors
- Participate in meetings with and on behalf of the CEO, take meeting notes and ensure proper follow up where needed
- Ensure the President and CEO’s schedule is followed and adjusts as needed
- Assist with reception duties on a rotation at the campus main entrance, direct phone calls and messages as appropriate
- Coordinate various schedules, meetings, conference calls, travel and special events
- Builds strong professional relationships within the organization and with various customers and outside agencies
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5 – 10 years of executive assistant level experience
- Non-profit experience is a plus
- Advanced competency in MSWD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Pay for the Executive Administrative Assistant position: $50,000.00 – $63,000.00 / yr. – based on experience
