WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Switchboard Operator / Customer Service Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, enter test scores and attach resumes.
- Handle applicants that could be challenging at times
- Import and prep resumes
- Take care of undeliverable e-mails
- Pull sales leads
- Data entry of applicant files
- Any other miscellaneous data entry projects
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Customer service-oriented with strong telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong decision-making and time-management skills
- Must have a passion to work in a high volume and fast-paced organization

Hours: 37.5-hour workweek – 8:00am to 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch

Pay for the Switchboard Operator / Customer Service Specialist position: Based on experience, contact us for additional details
Location: Appleton, WI – will have the option to work from home Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays once training is complete you will work onsite Wednesdays
