WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will update information in HR system.
- Complete background checks and onboarding paperwork
- Schedule interviews and phone screens
- Answer questions on employee benefits
- May assist with payroll
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 years Administrative experience
- Human Resources or Payroll experience is a plus
- May consider a recent graduate
- MSWD, Excel and data entry skills
- Paylocity experience is a plus
- Attention to detail and accurate
- Verbal communication skills

Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay for the Human Resources Assistant position: $18.00 – $19.00 / hr. – based on experience
