WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Human Resources / Executive Administrative Assistant, you will maintain company structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts
- Oversee the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
- Assist with performance management procedures
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff
- Update employee handbook and communicate changes to employees
- Hear and resolve employee grievances
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
- Plan, prepare and present monthly companywide town hall meetings
- Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators
- Lead internal wellness team
- Prepare documents
- Work on items and get it all set up for annual meetings
- Work on memorandums
- Schedule meetings, working on agendas and set up conferences
- Put together small to large PowerPoint presentations
- Lots of project work
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Someone who has been an executive administrative assistant and has a human resources background is highly preferred
- Would consider someone with 3+ years of executive support type experience
- Would also consider someone with 2+ years of being in a human resources role
- Must have strong writing and grammar skills
- Must be okay doing executive administrative assistant duties
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred
- Intermediate/advanced skillset in MSWD, Excel and basic in PowerPoint
- Outgoing and friendly
- Must enjoy working with people and have strong people skills
- Must be adaptable to change and not be afraid to ask questions
- Strong multitasking and prioritizing skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must take initiative and have a strong sense of urgency
- Must be a good listener and a quick learner
- Team player and strong work ethic

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: 30-40 hours per week between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm
