WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As an Invoice / Administrative Clerk, you will assist the financial team with accounting and administrative tasks.

  • Invoicing, data input, data review, etc.
  • Enter hours into JDE (Oracle)

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Office support experience
  • Experience working with invoices is a plus
  • Would consider light accounting experience or a recent Accounting graduate
  • Excel skills
  • Any ERP system (such as JD Edwards) and experience with BI tools is a plus
  • Team player
