As an Office Assistant, you will support the day to day operations of the company.

  • Answer phones and set qualified leads
  • Greet and meet with homeowners in the Showroom
  • Provide knowledge and advice to homeowners based on their needs/wants both on the phone and in person
  • Schedule service calls
  • Create projects in the company software system and assign installation teams
  • Close out jobs in company software system and apply payments
  • Schedule jobs and perform pre-installation calls and post-installation calls
  • Assist in scheduling trades based on the scope of work
  • Track shipments
  • Review purchasing agreements/order acknowledgments
  • Inventory management
  • Work with Warehouse staff to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies
  • Learn and understand scope of work offered to homeowners as well as understand the products and services offered to homeowners
  • Maintain good working relationships with suppliers, vendors, wholesalers and internal staff
  • Support the Project/Purchasing Manager


  • Office experience from a business setting
  • Customer service experience working with customers both over the phone and face to face,
  • Receptionist experience is ideal
  • Any product or even construction industry knowledge is a huge plus
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook skills
  • Salesforce Software knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated, professional, friendly and outgoing
  • Top notch customer service skills
  • Must be comfortable helping customers to put color schemes and designs together
  • Good time managements kills in a very fast-paced environment
  • Strong math/analytical skills
  • Someone who has worked with measurements, used a tape measure, etc. is a plus
  • Ability to take ownership and have accountability
  • Proactive and must take initiative
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a small office team player

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm, will work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 9:00am – 1:00pm, contact us for additional details
