WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will match up existing accounts and existing tax exempt certificates.
- Link certificates in the tax software system
- Assist anywhere else as needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must live in or near Verona, WI
- Must be comfortable with the computer
- Quick learner and tech savvy to learn their tax software quickly
- CRM experience is a plus
- Excels skills
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks
- Detail oriented
- Ability to follow instructions /directions well

Hours: 30-40 hours per week between 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $17.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
