Our client is an electrical company in the Fox Valley area.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Office Assistant, you will enter time sheets, pay invoices and type up work orders.
- Write quotes in MSWD
- Take garbage out and vacuum once a week
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Office/administrative assistant experience from an office setting (ideally 1+ years)
- Data entry experience
- Accounting experience is highly preferred
- Strong and very accurate data entry skills
- MSWD and Excel skills
- QuickBooks experience is highly preferred
- Ability to hit the ground running once trained
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work well and be self-motivated independently
- Excellent work ethic

Hours: 35 hours per week 7:00am – 3:00pm
Pay for the Office Assistant position: $17.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
