Our client is a company in the Appleton area that has been in business since the 1950s.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As an Order / Data Entry Associate, you will enter orders received via e-mail, fax and internal staff.
- Enter information such as how many, when it’s needed, description of item, how it will ship, shipping address, etc.
- Possible social media and website management duties down the road
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 6+ months of office experience is preferred
- Some order entry experience is ideal
- Any social media/website maintenance experience is a plus
- Computer savvy
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Any experience with Sage is a plus
- Personable and strong people skills
- Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Strong work ethic

Length: Temporary to Hire
Pay for the Order Entry / Office Assistant position: $13.00 – $14.00 / hr. – based on experience
