Our client specializes in benefit and retirement planning.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Project / Office Assistant, you will be taking PDF forms that are in Adobe and editing them.
- Take phrases out, sentences or words and re-word them or delete
- Ensure form is aligned and formatted correctly
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Adobe experience
- Office experience is highly preferred
- Computer savvy and have that technical ability
- Friendly and easygoing
- Ability to stay focused on the task at hand
- Okay with repetitive duties
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Strong work ethic
WHAT YOU GET:

- Summer hours, off at 12:00 pm on Fridays

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Hours: Full-time or part-time hours between 8:00am – 4:30pm
Length: Temporary
Pay for the Project / Office Assistant position: $15.00 – $18.00 / hr. – based on experience
