Are you a Receptionist who has strong math and analytical skills? Are you a Receptionist who is looking for a career opportunity within a smaller growing company?

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Receptionist, you will support the day-to-day operations of the company.

  • Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
  • Perform all clerical duties
  • Remind colleagues of important tasks, deadlines, daily meetings and schedules
  • Schedule and manage service calls
  • Manage certain leads
  • Assist with closing out jobs
  • Occasionally run errands
  • Enter information on company forms and in the computer systems
  • Prepare reports, presentations and data
  • Maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings
  • Complete daily marketing opportunities
  • Follow a scripted process to facilitate a business conversation with clients
  • Keep records of calls completed and successful appointments set

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Must have 1-2+ years of office experience from a business setting
  • Must have customer service experience working with customers both over the phone and face to face
  • Top-notch customer service skills
  • Any product knowledge or even construction industry knowledge is a huge plus
  • Computer and internet savvy
  • Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
  • Any knowledge of formulas within Excel is a plus
  • Self-motivated and go-getter
  • Professional, friendly and personable
  • Must have a good eye for detail
  • Excellent time managements kills
  • Strong math/analytical skills
  • Any experience working with measurements and using a tape measure is a plus
  • Must not be afraid to ask questions when you have them
  • Must take ownership if you make a mistake, admit it, find out what you should have done and move on
  • Must be proactive and take initiative
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Career-driven and strong work ethic
