WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

As a Sales / Marketing Assistant, you will email out marketing materials to clients.

  • Forward client responses or questions Sales Manager
  • Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory
  • Work with pre-generated list of leads already in client database but will also find prospects from articles and expo lists
  • Reach out to contacts mainly via email – send flyers and catalogues and call clients if needed
  • Assist with customer questions
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships
  • Introduce customers to new products and/or collaborate with customers to make new products
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through on sales leads
  • Assist with improving/creating brochures and marketing materials
  • Ship products out to clients as needed
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Sales or customer service experience from an office environment
  • Sales drive and sales ability
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • MSWD, Excel and Outlook experience
  • PowerPoint and Access knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Motivated
  • Honesty and integrity
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and have strong work ethic
