WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
As a Sales Representative / Account Manager, you will process job orders from start to finish.
- Process customer requests for quotes and orders
- Research and learn about markets within the territory
- Grow sales with targeted accounts
- Serve as a technical resource for customers
- Research and recommend cost-effective product alternatives
- Work with scheduling and purchasing to expedite orders and accommodate customer requests
- Monitor order statuses
- Handle customer complaints
- Be the liaison between customers and production
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1+ years of phone customer service, full cycle sales experience or call center customer service experience within an office setting
- Experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or logistics type company in the office is highly preferred
- Printing industry background is highly preferred
- Basic skillset in MSWD and Excel
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- JD Edwards experience is a huge plus
- Energetic, easygoing and customer focused
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent listening and verbal/written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work well independently as well as with a team

Pay for the Sales Representative / Account Manager position: $16.00 – $17.00 / hr. – based on experience
